Medfinancial’s new digital billing environment makes it easier than ever to view and pay bills related to your care, while also reducing paper waste. Once you establish your We Care® account, you will receive a text message or email with a link to our online bill payment site, personapay.com/medfinancial.

From there, you can review your electronic statement, make a secure payment, or review relevant account information about your plan. Please look for emails from @wecare.medfinancial.com and texts from for details on how to login and review your account. If you prefer to continue receiving paper billing statements, reply to the text message with “STOP” or call (855)729-6339.
